Rachel Nosowsky began practicing law in 1994 and joined
the staff of the Office of the Vice President and General
Counsel in 2001. Rachel's primary practice area is health
and hospital law, with a focus on biomedical and health
services research, managed care, medical staff, and other
regulatory and business issues.
