COLLEEN McCLOREY
Associate General Counsel
Colleen McClorey joined the HSLO in October 2011 from Thomson Reuters Healthcare Inc. where she has had significant experience in healthcare transactional and health plan benefit work with both commercial and governmental clients. Colleen has practiced health care law for over 20 years, serving as VP and Associate General Counsel for Health Alliance Plan, and as General Counsel of both Michigan Education Special Services Association and the former SelectCare Inc. Colleen has also served as a member of the Board of Dentistry for the State of Michigan and as a board member to the Health Care Interchange of Michigan. She has extensive experience in both state and federal health care regulations. Colleen advises clients on the implications of health care reform laws and has implemented Medicare Advantage products and HIPAA privacy policies and procedures for various organizations.
