Advise the development staff and others at all campuses
of the University on the legal and tax aspects of development
activities related to gifts to the University, including
lifetime gifts, bequests, pooled income fund gifts and
charitable trusts; negotiate with donor's counsel, draft
or provide donor's counsel specimen gift instruments;
work with in-house and outside counsel on litigation
involving gifts and bequests.
