Gordon Beeman serves the Office of Development, structuring planned and outright gifts to the best advantage of the University and its donors. Gordon provides advice to development staff and others at all campuses of the University on legal and tax aspects of charitable giving, including lifetime gifts, bequests, gift annuities and charitable trusts.
His work includes litigation involving gifts and bequests. Gordon also assists with business transactions and advises the Office of Financial Operations and the Investment Office on endowment and related questions.
