Lead Paralegal & Compliance Coordinator
Kris Snook joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2000.
As a Senior Paralegal, Kris reviews contracts for the Procurement Department; works with the Athletic Department and other University departments on new and renewing trademarks; and coordinates the University’s responses to subpoenas for information and records that are served on campus, as well as Flint and Dearborn.
In her role as the University Compliance Coordinator, Kris works on the development of the UM-wide compliance program.
