Interim Vice President & General Counsel

Advises University personnel on the administration of federal and institutional student aid programs and student affairs generally; represents the University in bankruptcy actions filed by University debtors; and litigates a wide variety of issues including FOIA and residency. Engages in contract negotiations and review, advises the Residency Office, and counsels units on immigration issues.
