Thomas Blessing began practicing law in 1983. He worked
for the City of Ann Arbor, Office of the City Attorney,
from 1989 to 2001 when he joined the staff of the Office
of the Vice President and General Counsel. Tom's primary
practice areas are business law, conflict of interest
and general liability litigation.
